I'm spending a week at my in-laws' house to look after their dogs () and seeing as they don't have the same sky package as us I thought I'd download the Sky Player to watch instead. I installed it ages ago on an old PC and so it threw up an error (it can only be on 1 PC at a time) with a number to call. Called the number yesterday, where a message told me the number was out of use (despite having only just downloaded the software!) and a new one was given. Called this and waited 15 minutes...
